SHIPPING + RETURNS

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders provide our customers the opportunity to order merchandise ahead of its arrival online so they are able to secure the appropriate sign(s). As stock is limited, this is advised to make certain your order is fulfilled.

Pre-orders can be placed through our online store and require payment in full for merchandise. Delivery schedules are mentioned in the description of each product, though precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. An email notification will be sent once dispatch of merchandise occurs. 

SHIPPING

What She Said Co ships Australia-wide.

All of our orders are sent via Star Track Express for a national flat rate of $25, and require a signature on delivery. Unfortunately, due to the size of our packages we cannot offer combined shipping, so a separate shipping fee will be charged per item.

Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day. Any orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day. Always make sure that the shipping address that you enter in when checking out is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

All customers will receive an email once their order has been dispatched with tracking information from our courier. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and can vary based on location, weekends and public holidays, but most orders will take approximately 3 - 5 business days to arrive (between 7 - 10 for those in Western Australia). Please note, during peak times like Christmas, dispatch of orders and in turn delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

RETURNS POLICY

All products sold are non-refundable and we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully.

FAULTY ITEMS

All of our neon signs are quality checked and packed in the safest and most secure way possible. If, for some reason, your sign does arrive damaged or broken, you must contact What She Said Co within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of your broken sign in the box. We will then assess the situation and issue an Item Return Authorisation Number (IRAN); no refunds or credits will be given without an IRAN.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All products should be handled with care and come with custom care instruction information that should be adhered to. Please see care instructions received with your purchase for further information for your particular item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + SHIPPING

Currently, What She Said Co only ships Australia-wide as our products are supplied with Australian electrical plugs that aren't compatible in other countries or designed for other voltages, as well as higher shipping costs for fragile items. However, if you are living outside of Australia and are desperately seeking one of our neon beauties, please email info@whatshesaidco.com with your enquiry and we'll see if we can help in any way.
